Build out time approximately 9 -12 months from contract.
A ¼ share provides you 13 weeks of usage annually. On a progressive two week schedule you will enjoy a major holiday week: Christmas / New Years; 4th of July; Labor Day; Thanksgiving; once every four years. Co-owners may switch out weeks with other owners as desired or may choose to rent out some of their usage time to offset a portion of their share of the operating expenses.
Full property management and building maintenance, for the first year, are included in the share purchase. Price also includes furniture, décor items, linens, towels, kitchen small appliances, dishware, tableware, cooking utensils, basic cleaning and hygiene supplies, and more!
All operating expenses, to include but not limited to: property taxes, POA fees, insurance, lawn and landscaping services, electric, phone, satellite TV, and internet, are shared equally among the co-owners. All bookkeeping administration, reservation and usage calendar maintenance services are provided by MVP Property Management and are included in the price for the first year. Three months of operating expenses will be escrowed to allow for timely payment. Management contract is annually renewable.
